Here at Door to Door, we take your health seriously. Whether this is your first time with a chiropractor or not, it’s imperative to understand how our services operate.

Pain is real, but it is not always what it seems. Our goal is to start creating function as soon as possible. As your physician, I will be able to explain the science and reasoning behind what you’re feeling and how and why health through a chiropractic lens will change your brain and life.

Consultation

This will give us the opportunity to get acquainted. During this time we will review important aspects of your health history, health goals and expectations of care. This will let me know how and why I am able to help you. Any questions, comments or concern will be addressed.

Exam

• Vitals

• Head to toe hands-on orthopedic and neurological testing

• Find the functional movements that are affecting your life (lifting, walking, carrying, etc.)

• Posture and muscle assessment

• Gait and breathing assessment

• Vocal, head, neck and jaw Assessment

• If any imaging or lab tests are needed, those will be scheduled.

Treatment Plan

You will be provided with a detailed plan. This includes the number of appointments, pricing, and type of treatment needed*. The most common treatments are:

• Network Spinal adjustments (also called entrainments)

• Other available adjustments

  • Manual (Spinal adjustments that typically cavitate/’pop’)

• Rehabilitative exercise

• Nutrition

• Meditation strategies

• Supplements

• Lifestyle/habit coaching

• Electrical Muscle Stimulation
